Overture Class Rankings
First clears, team value, solo viability. September 2026 beta.
This is the class list for Overture’s open beta. Letters measure how easily a kit gets a first clear, how much it helps a 25-player public lobby, and whether it can solo the same fight. They do not measure drip. They do not measure Robux. The donation cheat menu can force every name on this page, including exclusive ClassDen and ClassCaz; that skip is called out and then ignored for the grade.
Pair this page with the boss tier list and the classes hub. A high letter on Erlking is not a high letter on Timeless. If you need buttons, open controls. If you need the badge route, open unlock classes or the class unlock tracker.
S — raid answers
Bloxxer. Public first-clear king. Stun, knockback, omni-immunity windows, and enough damage to drag a lobby that is already spectating. Polarizing on purpose. If the nails are up, the fight is shorter. If Impale misses, the lobby that trusted the lock dies together. Team value is the highest on the page. Solo value is still high because the kit does not need a Tempo to deny a turn. Play this when you want Erlking or Cazerdus done, not when you want four other people to learn the telegraph.
Drifter. Solo king for raid bosses. Auto-parry covers direct / base attacks and does not cover ranged or AoE. Community theory adds a stun cut. Community complaints add the curse: it spends parry on jabs you could have walked around. Reworked at least once. Unlock is community Timeless wave 20 with no deaths, not a Roblox raid badge. High because the kit answers the hits bosses throw for free, if you save charges for the ones that matter. Ping turns the blessing into a coin flip.
Redcliff. The knight Overture actually designed. Official unlock: Erlking on Normal. Clash and counter are the identity. Coffin punishes are the clip. Multiple clashes in one raid are possible. Requiem clash talk includes a health tax. Cutscene vanity if you queue the class you unlocked. Team value is ‘one person who can answer the big melee.’ Solo value is on camera, including high-view no-death clears. Not a HOURS echo. Not a Cazerdus specialist. S on the fight that hands you the badge.
A — the range plan
Vestige. Blast, Snipe, Backflip, Slam, crit magic on Blast. Official unlock: Resident Mind on any difficulty. Hard also gives Subject. First-clear ease is real if you can keep a tile. Team value is ‘the person not standing in Nail Rain.’ Solo value is patience. Ping is the hidden stat; late bolts miss more honestly than late nails. If your region already makes Drifter feel cursed, Vestige may play like a B until you change servers. Still the correct answer when nobody in the lobby should be in melee.
B — comfort and teachers
Invader. HOURS rushdown starter. Hold W then Q to dash forward. Empower wants melee hits to keep the heal. No Tempos, so greed is the whole class. Full HOURS-mode solos exist. Erlking solos exist and are a bad idea for a first Normal if you have another option. Team value is extra melee. Solo value is routing. You play Invader to learn stamina, to finish HOURS mode, and to stop asking how the dash works. You do not play Invader to outrank stun, parry, or clash.
Prophet and Witness. Base-character Erlking solos use both. Witness has a documented Cazerdus deathless on Normal in community videos. We do not invent full kits. Treat them as B until a real page exists: usable, not the reason this list has an S row. If you only own the starting trio, you can still beat content. That is the point of a skill fighter.
C and named-but-not-ranked
Rider at 40 HP is a challenge pick with no-death Erlking footage. That is a clip, not a recommendation. Equinox, Hot Rash, Heartbroken, and Trickshot appear in videos and comments. Listing them keeps the roster honest. Grading them without kits would be fan fiction.
Subject (Resident Mind on Hard) and Epikninja (Cazerdus on any difficulty) are official unlocks without featured pages. Their existence is why unlock classes exists. Their absence from the S row is because we will not guess buttons.
Off-list on purpose
ClassDen is the exclusive Erlking kit from the donation cheat menu. Spawning the actual boss form sits around 6000 HP. ClassCaz is the Cazerdus exclusive. Ranking either against Redcliff is how a skill list turns into a shop argument. They are strong. They are not the ladder.
Mode tags, not a second list
- Erlking: Redcliff clash, Bloxxer lock, Drifter base-parry, Vestige tile, Invader greed last.
- Cazerdus: Drifter and Bloxxer first. Vestige if you can hold a line. Redcliff if you already have knight habits. Invader if you like lunges.
- HOURS mode: Invader comfort, Vestige for the finale unlock, Bloxxer as a mirror-match meme.
- Timeless: whoever does not die for 20 waves. Drifter is the reward, not always the tool. Pack kits beat clash kits.
How to disagree without rewriting the philosophy
If your Bloxxer loses at 19 HP to a host heal, that is a lobby story, not a D tier. If your Drifter auto-parries a jab and then eats requiem, that is the curse working as advertised. If your Vestige Snipe lands in last week’s boss position, that is ping. If your Redcliff cannot clash because you forced the class in the menu, that is a skip, not a nerf. Bring the clip to updates if a patch actually changed the kit.
Getting started is still the first hour. Codes and scripts will not move a letter. Official links is the place. The tier list hub explains the letters. The boss list tells you whether the fight you queued even wants the class you just graded. Use this page to pick a grind, then go press the buttons on the players hub instead of arguing with a gacha ghost that this game does not have.
Frequently Asked Questions
Codes, class unlocks, modes, and raid questions in short form.
Who is the best Overture class right now?
For public raid first clears, Bloxxer. For clean boss solos, Drifter or Redcliff on Erlking. Best is a fight, not a banner. See boss rankings.
Why is Invader not S?
It is the HOURS comfort starter. It can solo content and it has to stand in greed to heal. Stun, parry, clash, and range all first-clear more safely. Full notes: Invader.
Does the donation menu change this list?
It skips unlocks and can spawn ClassDen or ClassCaz. Those are off-list. Badge classes keep their letters. Unlock classes is the honest grind.
Where should a new player start?
Invader to learn dash and stamina, then grind Redcliff from Erlking Normal or Vestige from Resident Mind. Getting started first if the loop is still new.
Why are Witness and Prophet only mentioned?
They appear in base-character solos. We will not invent kits. When a real page exists it will live under players. Until then they are B-usable, not S-ranked.
